Refund Policy

At Keener Holistic Health, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your wellness goals through personalized coaching and support. We strive to deliver high-quality, impactful services, and your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing any coaching sessions, packages, or wellness programs.
1. Coaching Services (Single Sessions & Packages)

Single Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled without penalty. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Packages: If you are not satisfied after the first session in a multi-session package, you may request a refund for the remaining unused sessions within 7 days of that first appointment. No refunds will be issued after the second session has been completed.
2. Wellness Programs & Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital wellness plans and downloadable content, all sales are final once the product has been delivered.

If you experience technical issues or believe a product was delivered in error, please contact us within 5 days for review.
3. Supplements or Physical Products

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Include your name, date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted for missed appointments without notice ("no-shows"), completed services, or failure to apply recommended practices. We reserve the right to evaluate special situations on a case-by-case basis.
